Job summary

Garavel Subaru in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Finance Manager to complete final title work, finance paperwork, and vehicle registrations while answering customers’ questions about total cost of ownership. The individual will work with sales staff to progress the finance and insurance income, vehicle sale volume, and the overall goals of serving our customers.

Responsibilities include processing finance/lease transactions, ensuring timely funding, maintaining compliance, and communicating progress

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years automotive finance experience or 4-6 years related finance experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Experience with finance, insurance, or auto dealership software is required.

Responsibilities

• Process finance and lease transactions, including lenders' approval and timely funding.
• Ensure all administrative processes are handled promptly and comply with policy.
• Address all returned contract issues and complete title transfer transactions.
• Communicate transaction progress with Sales Managers on a deal-to-deal basis.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations; deliver customer satisfaction.
