Job summary

Capital One Auto Finance in Fresno, CA is seeking an Area Sales Manager to partner with selected auto dealerships, drive adoption of digital lead-gen and lending solutions, and deliver end-to-end dealer training.

You will build trusted relationships with dealer owners and decision-makers, present products, monitor performance, and execute monthly engagement plans while working remotely with disciplined self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of financial services experience or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with key decision makers at each dealer location.
• Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance’s leading position as a national auto lender.
• Be a product expert across digital lead‑generation platform and provide solutions for dealers’ sales objectives.
• Deliver sales presentations and facilitate dealer training to drive product adoption.
• Create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on data and metrics.
• Work with internal partners to drive cohesion and operational excellence.
