Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Agoura Hills, CA. You will identify and create new sales prospects for the Nowlake corporate umbrella, leveraging dealer databases and Salesforce to generate leads for multiple divisions.

The role emphasizes building relationships with automotive dealers, training in our product suite, and driving engagement. Base pay starts at $18.47/hour with significant income potential through commissions and performance

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance and sales, PREFERRED.
• 1-2 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value that Westlake delivers to dealers, driving a higher level of engagement with our products and services.
• Communicate and sell the value of Westlake’s entire suite of products and services.
• Work in close partnership with the Westlake (financing) Sales Team, the Westlake Flooring Sales Team, and the Western Funding Sales team to generate leads, communicate the value that Westlake has to offer, and provide tangible sales leads to the respective business units to close business.
• Excellent understanding of Westlake’s products and services
• Proven ability to communicate and sell Westlake’s value story to dealerships
