Vero HR Ltd is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the car franchise dealer market across the West Midlands and North West. You will build long-term relationships with dealer principals, finance managers, and key decision-makers to expand our footprint in automotive finance.

The role requires a proven B2B sales background in automotive and finance, a proactive hunter mentality, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record in automotive/finance.
• Experience selling to franchise dealerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality.
• Willing to travel across West Midlands & North West.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new business in the car franchise dealer market.
• Develop relationships with dealer principals, finance managers, and decision-makers.
• Penetrate market via prospecting, outbound activity, and events.
• Provide consultative support for flexible payment options.
