Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking entry-level technicians for field training and hands-on diagnostics, calibration, and scanning work. You will start with guidance from experienced technicians and progressively become a standalone technician while delivering high-quality service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls.
• Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to be a stand alone technician.
• Learning basics of: Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, Wire/Connector repair.
