Job summary

Bowser Budget Lot is seeking a Detailer to recondition customer and used vehicles to look like new. The role involves detailing, prepping cars for showroom and delivery, and training new recon specialists.

The Lead Recon Technician will assist in dispatching work and quality-check each vehicle to Bowser standards. Responsibilities include ensuring quality, communicating issues to the Detail Manager, and occasionally transporting vehicles to other dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in reconditioning vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong detailing knowledge and product use.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Good judgment and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of each vehicle to Bowser standards.
• Inform Detail Manager of issues in reconditioning.
• Detail and prep cars for showroom and delivery.
• Assist in prepping new vehicles for showroom and delivery.
• Occasionally retrieve and/or deliver vehicles to other dealerships.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
