The ideal candidate will have automotive detailing experience or a strong willingness to learn, with reliable attendance, safety awareness, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automotive detailing, body shop, car wash, or vehicle reconditioning preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable under the company's insurance requirements.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely use detailing chemicals, equipment, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company quality standards.
• Wash, dry, wax, buff, polish, and apply protective finishes to vehicle surfaces.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, floor mats, upholstery, and cargo areas.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or unfinished repairs and report concerns promptly.
• Prepare completed body shop vehicles for final quality inspection and customer delivery.
