Job summary

Distinct Recruitment is assisting a client law firm in Boca Raton to recruit an auto defense partner. The role is hybrid, trial-focused, and built around leadership of the practice.

You would lead the auto defense docket, supervise associates, and shape strategy, with a portable book of business welcomed but not required. The candidate should have substantial Florida auto defense experience, including trial work, and hold a Florida Bar license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Substantial Florida auto defense experience, including trial work.
• Florida Bar license in good standing required.
• Leadership experience or clear readiness for it.
• A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Defend auto liability matters from soft tissue cases to catastrophic injuries.
• First chair trials and decide on settlements and risk.
• Collaborate with carriers, claims managers and insured clients.
• Build and supervise a team to maintain volume without compromising quality.
