Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Kansas City, KS area. You will inspect vehicles, write estimates, negotiate settlements, and work with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to support customers after an accident.

You’ll provide reassurance, review insurance contracts, and coordinate with involved parties to achieve fair, timely resolutions. This trainee program includes hands-on field experience and licensing support to grow your expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided.
• Experience in high-volume call centers is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to settle claims.
