Job summary

The role requires updating customers, following administrative guidelines, and ensuring accurate estimates. The Estimator reports to the General Manager and Production Manager, writing estimates, following workflow, and notifying carriers of supplements in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in estimating or a related role.
• Proficient in damage analysis and basic math.
• Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and capture repair details.
• Follow estimator guidelines and workflow as outlined.
• Ensure administrative guidelines are followed for each estimate/repair.
• Notify carriers of supplements in a timely manner.
• Update job dates and notes throughout the day and at close.
• Assist in quality control and final inspection of vehicles.
• Ensure completion of all RO’s handled.
• Update WIP board throughout the day.
