Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service/CSI Representative for Napleton's Valley Hyundai. This role assists the service department in obtaining guest feedback from manufacturer surveys and follows up to address and resolve opportunities to improve top-tier results and service experiences.

Located within Napleton's Valley Hyundai, the position offers growth within a large automotive group with medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience
• CDK experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys
• Reviews Survey feedback with Manager
• Follow up with guest on uncomplete surveys to build survey response
• Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve any concerns
