Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring to maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the vehicle repair process. The role includes daily housekeeping of office areas and the production zone, ensuring safety and efficiency, and assisting with vehicle movement to sublet locations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic automotive exposure, reliable work ethic, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Ability to multitask and follow safety guidelines.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be 18+.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Maintain the interior office housekeeping (trash, floors, dusting).
• Maintain interior of production area housekeeping and dispose waste.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition; prep and post-work vehicle cleanup.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs and assist with pre/post cleanup.
