GEICO in Richardson, TX is seeking an Auto Claims Specialist to manage claims and support policyholders with empathy and efficiency. You will oversee the claims lifecycle, perform investigations, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or processing, 2+ years in auto liability claims, and a Texas 4-20 All Lines Adjusters license is preferred. Hybrid work with on-site training is offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service or transaction processing experience.
• 2+ years in Auto Liability Claims preferred.
• Texas (4-20) All Lines Adjusters license preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
