Job summary

EnableComp seeks a Revenue Specialist, First Party Auto to analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts and coordinate insurance benefits to resolve balances for our clients. This role works with patients and carriers while handling PHI with strict privacy.

Responsibilities include researching MVA payments, reviewing medical records and EOBs, submitting hospital claims, and following up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement and resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BA preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years in MVA claim resolution preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Research online Motor Vehicle Accident payments using EnableComp’s tools and other medical resources.
• Submit hospital claims to insurance with necessary documentation.
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement and resolve claims.
• Communicate with patients or adjusters regarding claim status.
• Review payer EOBs to determine actions after auto claim resolution.
