Zurich North America is seeking an Auto Litigation Claims Specialist to work in a hybrid model supporting offices in Atlanta, Schaumburg, Addison, and Omaha. The role reports to an Auto Claims Handling Manager and focuses on managing auto litigated claims with attorneys, reporting, and dispute resolution.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in claims or insurance, adjuster licensing, and knowledge of insurance regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice or Zurich Claims Training Program with relevant experience
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with attorneys internally and externally
• Partner with attorneys on complex claims cases
• Claims process management with attorney collaboration
• Handle auto litigated claims and high exposure cases
• Document claims file with accurate data according to best practices
• Assess liability and coverage by applying applicable law and policy terms
• Develop case strategy and evaluation to resolve claims timely
• Establish reserves and monitor claims value within authority
• Negotiate settlements within strategy and authority
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and internal controls
