Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Open to all majors including Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts, Finance, Marketing and related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus involvement, athletics, volunteer activities, or student organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting customers throughout the auto claims process.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Gather and analyze information to help resolve claim-related inquiries.
