Job summary

Prism IT Global seeks an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of auto damage and liability claims from investigation to settlement. You will determine repair-related settlements, conduct total loss evaluations, and negotiate outcomes, while ensuring compliance and timely licensing.

The role requires independent management, mentoring peers as needed, and proficiency with claims software such as Guidewire Claim Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active multi-state adjuster licenses preferred.
• US military experience preferred.
• May require completion of a job-related assessment.
• Must acquire and maintain required licenses within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle auto damage and liability claims including coverage investigations and disputed liability.
• Independently manage auto claims from investigation through final settlement.
• Make repair-related decisions and settlements, including total loss evaluations and negotiations.
• Acquire and maintain required insurance adjuster licenses within timelines.
• Mentor, coach, or serve as a technical resource to other claims professionals.
• Utilize claims management systems (Guidewire Claim Center) to document and process claims.

• Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree, active multi-state licenses, and/or US military experience.
