Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire retailer, is hiring for Sales Associate or Sales Manager in Ohio. You’ll be the go-to expert for auto maintenance, driving sales, and delivering a WOW customer experience across our stores.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Recommend products/services based on customer needs.
• Drive sales growth through customer outreach.
• Manage tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance.
