Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Sales Associate and Sales Manager in Ohio to grow store sales through customer relationships and excellent service. You will drive sales, handle customer calls, and coordinate work orders while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on Saturdays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including daily customer calls to increase opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion per company policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintains presentation of the store interior and exterior.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
