Job summary

Walmart is seeking a candidate to drive sales and service excellence in the Auto Care Center. You will stock, price, and display merchandise, assist customers, and coordinate service orders to meet budget and profit goals.

The role requires automotive service experience and supervisory skills, plus a valid driver’s license. Some locations may require firearms-related checks where applicable; training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, position may require CBC and firearms training.
• Associates will be required to complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance for Auto Care Center and service area.
• Stock merchandise, set up displays and ensure accurate pricing and signing.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and service orders.
• Explain products and services; ensure staff are trained on procedures.
• Monitor inventory, compliance, and safety programs; coordinate with stakeholders.
