Job summary

Walmart in Scarborough, ME seeks an Auto Care Center supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising while maintaining safety standards across the service area.

The role emphasizes staff development, compliance with policies, and delivering on sales and profit goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

Maintain the Auto Care Center and service area by stocking, rotating, signing and pricing merchandise and organizing displays.
Provide customer service and assist with purchasing decisions and service orders.
Ensure technicians are trained and certified on service procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor inventory, environmental disposal and OSHA compliance to ensure safety and proper handling.
Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and communicate goals.
Lead and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring and delegation.
