Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, Colorado is hiring an Auto Body Technician for a busy shop. You will perform structural and non-structural collision repairs, repair and replace damaged panels, and ensure OEM procedures are followed.

We seek a production-minded technician with strong metal work skills who can maintain quality, identify additional damage, and work with estimators and the production team to keep repairs moving. Valid license required.

Qualifications

• Previous professional collision repair experience is required.
• Turn hours while maintaining quality.
• Understand structural and non-structural repair.
• Strong metal and panel replacement skills.
• Follow OEM repair procedures.
• Take ownership of repairs and communicate with shop.
• I-CAR, ASE, OEM certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Perform metal work and panel replacement.
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures.
• Identify additional damage during the repair process.
• Work with estimators, parts, paint, and production teams.
• Maintain quality throughout the repair process.
