Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Aurora is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to work in a busy collision repair shop. You’ll perform structural repairs, panel replacement, metal work, and repairs according to OEM procedures, with attention to fit, finish, and quality.

This full-time position offers a production-focused environment, paid OEM and industry training, a pay range of $25–$30 per hour, and benefits designed to keep you productive and motivated.

Qualifications

• Previous professional collision repair experience is required.
• Ability to perform collision repairs independently.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and maintain quality.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Perform metal work and panel replacement.
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures.
• Identify additional damage during the repair process.
• Work closely with estimators, parts, paint, and production teams.
• Maintain quality throughout the repair process.
• Keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Complete safe, high-quality repairs without cutting corners.
