Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join a busy, production-focused shop. You’ll perform structural and non-structural collision repairs, replace damaged panels, and ensure OEM procedures are followed with high-quality workmanship.

We offer a strong team, opportunities for OEM & industry training, and a compensation package tied to production. Valid driver’s license required; I-CAR/ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous professional collision repair experience is required.
• Able to turn hours while maintaining quality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
• Perform metal work and panel replacement
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures
• Identify additional damage during the repair process
• Work closely with estimators, parts, paint, and production teams
• Maintain quality throughout the repair process
• Keep repairs moving efficiently
• Complete safe, high-quality repairs without cutting corners
