Job summary

Three-C Body Shop in Chillicothe, OH is seeking skilled body shop technicians to join our fast-paced team. You will repair vehicles according to estimates, restore panels, and ensure OEM standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years collision repair experience or completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards.
• Restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed, potential delays, or changes to promised completion times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and operate all equipment safely.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
• Wear all required PPE, including eye protection.
• Assist team members with repair and vehicle preparation as needed.
• Comply with all regulations governing body shop operations, including hazardous waste disposal.
