Three-C Body Shop in Chillicothe, OH, is hiring for a full-time body repair technician. You will repair vehicles to OEM standards, restore panels and components, and work from detailed estimates with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of collision repair experience or completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use a frame machine.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards.
• Restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good order and operate safely.
• Keep the work area clean and free of safety hazards at all times.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and assist teammates as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing body shop operations.
