Caliber Collision Shawnee is hiring skilled collision repair technicians with a sign-on bonus of $1500 paid on your first paycheck if you start this month. Join a team dedicated to returning vehicles to road-ready condition using modern equipment and rigorous standards.

You will receive comprehensive I-CAR/ASE‑level training, paid time off and holidays, and a strong benefits package designed to help you balance work and life. Eligible to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Blueprints and repair plans must be followed without shortcuts.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across body shop roles.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural repairs to restore factory specs.
• Deliver quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
