Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers hands-on work repairing collisions, aligning frames, and restoring vehicles to factory specifications. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and office staff to deliver quality results.

Two years of experience are preferred. You should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced shop environment. Sign-on bonuses are available and benefits kick in from day one.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Attention to detail; precise repairs and reassembly.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Team-focused collaborator with other shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to restore factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Handle panel and structural work and ensure quality reassembly.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front desk staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop protocols.
