Gerber Collision & Glass in Shelbyville, KY is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, upholding speed, quality and customer excellence while working with the team to meet KPIs and represent the Brand.

You will use cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and pliers, perform dent repair, body realignment, glass work, painting and finishing, and ensure work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using listed tools.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections.
• Inspect completed work for quality.
