Qualifications

• Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern collision repair techniques.
• Experience with frame and structural repairs is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision and auto body repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Complete structural and frame repairs as needed.
• Perform metal finishing, bodywork, and panel alignment.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for collision repairs.
• Follow repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Work efficiently with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
