The Boyd Group is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Albany, GA. Your core duties involve assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition, disassembling and reassembling parts, and ensuring repairs meet speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You will work with cutting-edge tools to repair damage, plan work orders, and uphold our WOW plan. A high school diploma or equivalent and formal auto body training or a three-year apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools to repair vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage and replace damaged sections.
