Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates; repair with appropriate tools.
• Repair dents; apply filler resin when needed.
• Realign chassis/frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory or equivalent finishes.
• Aim to complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
