You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, and paint to factory specs, while collaborating with the team to meet KPI goals and maintain brand standards.

• Ability to read job orders and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; perform painting to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.
