Qualifications

• Experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides (at least two years).
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, all work to spec.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final touches for precise finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
