Qualifications

• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Hammer dents and apply filler as needed.
• Realign chassis/frames for structural repairs.
• Replace damaged sections and parts with new or aftermarket parts.
• Repair or replace glass, interior parts; repaint to factory specs.
• Finish work within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
