Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs with precision.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for a road-ready vehicle.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the shop floor.
