Caliber Collision in Chattanooga's East Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will blueprint, straighten frames, and perform full collision repairs with precision, working as part of a collaborative team with estimators, painters, and front office staff.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on repair experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and be eligible

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tighten bolts, achieve quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish details.
• Work as part of a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
