Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at its Spanish Fort service center. The role focuses on delivering full collision repair, including frame and structural work, with an emphasis on precision and safety.

You will collaborate with body shop teams and estimators, use modern equipment, and contribute to a clean, safe work environment while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Conduct panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
