Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Texas to perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. You will coordinate with estimators to ensure a 100% repair plan is achieved and requirements are met.

Responsibilities include removing upholstery and parts to access damage, welding and hammering to restore panels, and using a variety of tools. Adherence to safety procedures and company guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in assessing damage and creating a repair plan.
• Identify repairs needed to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic parts to access damaged areas.
• Mend damaged body by hammering, filling dents, and welding parts; fit parts to industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before returning vehicle to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Comply with SOPs, safety rules, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
