Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• No shortcuts mentality; precision repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work with precision.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through the shop.
