Vanguard GMC of Sherman in Texas is seeking an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our production team. You will perform high-quality collision repairs, from dents to structural frame work, following OEM specifications and safety standards.

You will collaborate with paint, parts, and service staff to meet delivery dates. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in auto body repair, I-CAR Platinum/Gold preferred, own professional tools, and a commitment to precision and safety in a

Formación

• Minimum of 2–5+ years of professional auto body repair experience.
• I-CAR Platinum or Gold Class certification is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficient in frame-measuring equipment, welding technologies, and modern vehicle construction materials.

Responsabilidades

• Disassembly & blueprinting to assess hidden damage and document parts.
• Structural & body repair including panel replacement and welding.
• OEM compliance to restore safety systems and integrity.
• Reassembly, testing, and prep for paint or detailing.
• Collaborate with paint, parts, and service teams to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA and shop protocols.
