Qualifications

Up to $30/Hour Flat Rate – Unlimited Pay Potential! 4x10 Schedule Available!

Looking for a shop where your speed and skill actually pay off? At our Des Moines collision center, you're paid flat rate, which means the faster and better you work, the more you earn. There's no cap on what a skilled tech can make here. Add in a 4x10 schedule option (work four 10-hour days and get a consistent extra day off every week), and you've got a role built around your paycheck and your life outside of work.

We're a high-volume, Tesla-certified repair facility, which means steady work, advanced training, and repairs on some of the most in-demand vehicles on the road today.

About the Role
