Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our Shelby, NC team. You will disassemble vehicles, identify and execute repairs, and collaborate with estimators to deliver a 100% repair plan. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and efficient production.

We value 18+ applicants with 2–3 years of collision repair experience, an eye for detail, and a team-focused attitude. I-CAR/ASE certifications are preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in creating a 100% Repair Plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize time and supplements.
• Plan work procedures per work order.
• Access damaged area using upholstery/electrical removal as needed.
• Repair body panels and weld/fit parts to industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Finish surfaces prior to painting.
• Inspect and test drive to ensure safety and quality.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
