Driven Autobody Shop in South Sioux City, NE is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore damaged vehicles to safe, pre-accident condition while following manufacturer procedures and repair standards. This role emphasizes hands-on collision repair in a modern shop.

You'll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, source parts, and ensure quality through careful documentation and teamwork. Five-day work week with no weekends, training opportunities, and a supportive environment help you grow.

Qualifications

• Collision repair experience preferred, but experience is not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to learn and follow vehicle manufacturer repair procedures.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in a busy shop environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to identify and document collision damage and develop a complete repair plan.
• Complete collision repairs according to the repair plan, manufacturer procedures, and applicable industry standards.
• Inspect incoming parts against the repair plan and help ensure the correct parts are available before and during repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting equipment, sanders, spray equipment, and other shop tools as required.
• Communicate with management regarding repair issues, changes in repair needs, or conditions that may affect repair quality or completion time.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, including proper care and storage of tools, equipment, parts, and materials.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Assist with general shop responsibilities when needed, including vehicle washing and shop cleanup.
• Perform other duties related to collision repair as assigned.
