Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC in Federal Way, WA is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our shop team. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, read work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 2–3 years of collision repair experience, a valid driver's license, and a team-oriented attitude. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($28–$30/hour) based on experience, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage
• Ensure repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time
• Plan work procedures following work orders
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas as needed
• Mend dents, weld parts, and reassemble after painting
• Operate hand and power tools including welder and soldering equipment
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces prior to paint
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality compliance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Comply with all SOPs, safety rules and guidelines
