Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to contribute to a high-quality vehicle repair process. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and efficient workflow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and customer-focused service while adhering to standardized procedures and policies. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in creating a 100% repair plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and access damaged areas as needed.
• Repair body panels and weld/replace parts as required.
• Operate hand and power tools and ensure proper safety procedures.
• Finish surfaces and prepare for painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other duties and comply with SOPs and safety guidelines.
