Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our Medford, OR team. You will disassemble vehicles, assess damage, plan repairs, and perform panel work including welding and reassembly after painting.

The role requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. Must be 18+ with 2–3 years of collision repair experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and planning repairs.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures and follow the work order.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas as needed.
• Repair damaged panels, weld or replace parts, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
