Job summary

Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Pascagoula, MS to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles, aligning frames and replacing parts as needed while meeting KPIs and upholding brand standards.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced shop environment, using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, and hand tools. Compensation is flat-rate with potential bonuses, and safety is emphasized in a noisy shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles following the WOW plan.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Weld and attach parts, repaint to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
