Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Tyler, TX. You will assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble and reassemble components, and ensure work aligns with our speed and quality standards.

You will use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers, while maintaining safety in a busy shop. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair plans and assess vehicle condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames as needed; replace damaged parts and glass.
