Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to assess damage, plan repairs, and oversee work on site at our Baltimore shops. You will collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality repairs and ensure on-time completion.

Applicants should have body repair certification preferred, frame machine experience, and I-CAR welding certification. Safety meetings, hands-on repairs, and mentoring of apprentices are part of the role. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

• Ability to supervise repair personnel.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes components to access repair area.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, sands surfaces with tools.
• Directs apprentices when needed.
